4. Orders & Payment

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) – extra fee applies

  • Tabby and Tamara
  • Credit/Debit cards
  • Apple Pay & Google Pay
  • Orders are only confirmed once payment is received (except COD orders).
  • LVERA Finds reserves the right to cancel any order due to payment issues, suspected fraud, or product unavailability.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns and refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition within the specified timeframe.
  • Delivery fees and COD charges are non-refundable.

  • If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.
