Returns
- Items can be returned within 3 days of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
- Certain items such as sale items, customized products, or personal-use items may not be eligible for return.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method:
- Bank transfers (Wio/MBank)
- Credit/Debit cards
- Tabby or Tamara (subject to provider policies)
Non-Refundable Fees
- Cash on delivery (COD) fees and delivery charges are non-refundable.
- Any payment processing fees may also be deducted from the refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
