At LVERA Finds, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy, please review our refund policy below.

Returns

  • Items can be returned within 3 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
  • Certain items such as sale items, customized products, or personal-use items may not be eligible for return.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method:
    • Bank transfers (Wio/MBank)
    • Credit/Debit cards
    • Tabby or Tamara (subject to provider policies)

Non-Refundable Fees

  • Cash on delivery (COD) fees and delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • Any payment processing fees may also be deducted from the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos.
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
