1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash on delivery (with an extra fee), bank transfers via Wio and MBank, Tabby, Tamara, credit/debit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

2. How much is shipping?

We offer a flat shipping rate of AED 20 across the UAE. Additional charges may apply for remote or western areas. We offer free delivery for orders above 300.00 AED.

3. How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically delivered within 1–2 working days after dispatch.

4. Do you offer cash on delivery (COD)?

Yes, we offer COD with an additional fee.

5. Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Exchanges are subject to availability.

6. Are delivery fees refundable?

No, delivery charges and COD fees are non-refundable.

7. What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

8. How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, we will share tracking details (if available) or update you directly.

9. Do you deliver outside the UAE?

Currently, we only deliver within the UAE.
